Ordering
Can I order right now?
Not quite yet. Online checkout is being set up. You can browse, add items to your cart (it's saved on your device), and send custom order requests once our request form goes live.
Are prices final?
Prices shown during this preview are samples and may change before checkout opens.
Do you offer bulk pricing for stores?
Yes. Bulk and repeat orders for card shops and game stores are quoted individually. Use the custom orders page.

How are prints packed?
Pieces are packed to protect thin and delicate parts. Larger terrain may ship as a kit in a few pieces.
Is local pickup available?
Local pickup options in New Jersey will be listed here when checkout opens.
Materials
What's the difference between PLA, PETG and resin?
PLA is crisp, rigid and comes in the most colors. It's great for displays, deck boxes and most terrain. PETG is tougher and handles heat better, a good pick for items that get handled a lot or sit near a sunny window. Resin captures the finest detail and is offered as an upgrade on small terrain pieces and markers.
Will I see layer lines?
Yes, slightly. FDM prints (PLA and PETG) show fine horizontal layer lines. That's normal and part of the look. Resin prints are much smoother.
Do terrain pieces come painted?
Terrain ships unpainted in the filament color you choose, ready to use as-is or to prime and paint.
Turnaround
How long does a printed order take?
Printed items are made to order. Each product lists an estimated print time, and we'll post typical turnaround times when checkout opens. Custom orders get a timeline with the quote.
STL files & licensing
What do I get with an STL download?
Print-ready STL files for the design, oriented for printing, plus recommended print settings.
What's the difference between the personal and commercial licenses?
The personal license lets you print the design for yourself, friends and family. The commercial (store) license also lets you print and sell physical copies, such as in your shop or at events. Neither license lets you share, resell or upload the files themselves. See the full STL license for details.
Can I modify the files?
Yes, for your own printing under the license you bought. You can't share or sell modified files.
Custom orders
What kinds of custom work do you take?
Store signage and logo pieces, bulk fixtures, branded accessories, custom-sized versions of our products, tournament terrain, and printing files you're licensed to print.
Can you print a design with a game's official logo?
We don't print trademarked logos or artwork unless you own the rights or have permission. Your own store logo is always fine.
